La accionante del proceso T-6331976 promovió el incidente de manera directa ante la Corporación, no obstante ser el juez de primera instancia quien debe resolver acerca de la procedencia del mismo.
Tras advertir que la peticionaria no ha puesto en conocimiento de dicha autoridad el presunto incumplimiento de las órdenes emitidas por la Sala de Revisión en el precitado fallo, se RECHAZA DE PLANO la petición y se dispone el envío del escrito al Juzgado Cuarto Civil Municipal de Bogotá, para lo de su competencia.
